Anybody keeping an eye on the Pirate Bay trial?

Unreleased Beatle songs and unavailable videos ("Let It Be") were part of the original charges brought against the defendants, though some of that was reduced already. Apparently these guys have survived this before. Be interesting to see if they can survive this.

Never heard of the "Pirate Bay Trail". Can you fill us in or provide links to get us up to speed in this?
