I love all the Beatles movies. My favorites is Help. It is a lot of fun. The fact that it is in color and that the musical sequences are more interesting (like videos) give it an edge over A Hard Day's Night (my 2nd favorite). AHDN is a fun movie with many classic lines ("He's very clean", "I'm A Mocker", etc) Next I'd put Yellow Submarine. My biggest problem with this one is that it is not the Beatles voices (though they at least sound like them-unlike the TV cartoons). Let It Be has the great rooftop sequence and gives a pretty realistic look at the Beatles final year together. I like Magical Mystery Tour more than most. I think it is too bad it was shown in black & white when it first aired. The color adds a lot. I like the "Monty Pythonesque" sequences (and these came before there was a Monty Python!)

I like them all also. I'm not sure what order I'd put them in, although I guess I'd put Yellow Sub last only because it's not really them. The best scene in the movie is the end where the real guys make that quick appearance.
I agree with JPH about the music sequences in Help! My favorite is probably, "Your Gonna Lose That Girl".
"A Hard Days Night" seems to capture the excitment of the start of Beatlemania - even if you were too young to appreciate it as it happened.
"Let It Be" is one that I think only true Beatles fans can really enjoy. I have it on video and long for the powers-that-be to get an nice remastered version out on DVD. The movie does show the band splintering, but there are also many wonderful moments with the band clicking very nicely.
MMT - also for true fans only. It's well worth it (as Paul said) for the "I Am The Walrus" scene. I'm also fond of the bit where John is shoveling spaghetti.

The devilish grin on John's face in that scene is priceless!

MMT - the only movie I've seen both stoned and "straight"--- never did get the idea of the project. Little did I know that when it was made it was just an assembly of stuff they witnessed and just recorded it.
