I rant about this elsewhere. I don't care if it wasn't "professionally" filmed or videotaped, I bet there are still entire concerts from that brief tour completely videotaped and who cares if there is only one or two different camera angles! The songs that have been released on dvd sound and look good enough. It is not as if George is around to tour again and get it right as to filming and recording the shows! We fans would take what we can get legally! I was also concerned about Dhani's stated apathy as to his dad's musical vault! He is saying that the only plans include George's Apple material which obviously could include Beatles(the remasters?) but I took to mean reissued Dark Horse and Extra Texture. Man, the Hari vault sounds locked, sealed and never to open! We can only hope that there is a cool soundtrack c.d. with lots of rarities for the eagerly awaited Martin Scorsese film about George!

I agree 100% with JSD (as usual.. ) I'd also like to see something from the 74 concert. I think not doing a box set is a mistake.

I kind of got the impression from the comments that even this isn't going to be a huge priority... I'm not gonna hold my breath for Extra Texture or Dark Horse...

The disease that's running Apple seems to be spreading to the offspring. I'm not expecting much from this bunch in the near future.

Yes, somewhat disappointing...but is Dhani supposed to set aside his own life and musical aspirations at age 30 just to please us, the ever-hungry mob...who immediately bitch and moan about the "scraps" we are given, for their incompleteness or seeming irrelevancy (when what we REALLY want is_______)?

No he should not. But he should step aside and let someone who does care be caretaker of the George Harrison musical legacy. That's all we are saying. I am happy that Dhani is going for his dream and doing his own thing. However, someone still needs to mind the store that is his father's musical legacy!
