Each April 1st I wake up, knowing it's April Fool's Day... and also knowing right as I log onto the computer that there will be the annual unsuccessful attempts made to trick people with "bogus stuff" on the different message boards I frequent. Sure enough, here we are. Does anyone really get fooled?

New Orleans!!! Paulie should send me a ticket, haha! Seriously, I will be online tomorrow, trying to buy one thru the American Express pre-sale. I'm not going for the 3 figure tickets, tho...nosebleed is ok for me; I'll just bring my binoculars.
Speaking of Paul and nosebleed seats, here is a short (sorta) little story of how I got to see him from VERY close up at the Alamodome some years ago. My sis-in-law and I had seats waaay up at the top, and when he came out (with Drive My Car (? maybe), we stood up and started dancing, and the usher told us to sit down. Us: why? we're in the LAST ROW, who are we blocking? He: my supervisor will be mad if I don't make you sit down. Us: can we talk to your supervisor? Us to supervisor: We're not blocking anyone, and that is FREAKIN' PAUL MCCARTNEY down there, and we're so excited we can't help but dance. The people around us are just SITTING THERE! Supervisor: Do you have trouble with your legs? Us: Why? Supervisor: Because if you had trouble with your legs, I'd have to move you downstairs with the wheelchair people RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE STAGE AND OFF TO THE SIDE JUST A LITTLE. Us: We DEFINITELY have trouble with our legs. Supervisor: Let's go!
And that's how I got to watch Paul's concert from just a few feet from the stage. That supervisor will become an angel in heaven, I guarantee it!

Great story Cosmo!
I had quite the opposite experience in December 1989 at Paul's first of three Chicago concerts.
I had close seats to the stage and when Paul opened up with "Figure of Eight," I got so excited I launched into an improvised version of The Mumbo Stomp[/i] including ripping my clothes off in a frenzy to dance naked and I was quickly escorted out and thrown onto the street!

*&%$#$@@%$^&&***%%$$@!!!!!
Okay, Albany, I get. Louisville, Lubbock and Jacksonville, too. Four first-timers.
But, for the other cities:
Nashville (2010) Salt Lake City (2010) Dallas (2009) Atlanta (2009) New Orleans (2002)
When the hell are you, Mr. McCartney, going to play in San Diego? You haven't played there since 1976!!!! Why do Nashville, Dallas, Atlanta, and New Orleans get return engagements? Don't give me that crap that it's because you consider San Diego to be part of the Anaheim/Los Angeles area. Southern California does NOT stop at Disneyland.
You're pissing me off.

There's a few good ones that haven't been played before or much lately. Listen to What the Man Said Nineteen Hundred and Eighty-Five Another Day One After 909 Hi, Hi, Hi I'm particularly glad to see Hi Hi Hi. It's about halfway into the above video. There was the thought that he wouldn't ever do it again. And it's always nice to see Helter Skelter on the list.

I didn't realize Paul had did One After 909 so many times. There's a bunch of videos from shows over the year. I'd seen the Elvis Costello one before. It's pretty good.

I hope Paul plays "Hey Jude!" Live and Let Die and Hey Jude from Uruguay 4-19-14 From where this video was filmed, it looks like they had a tent or something partially obstructing their view of the stage.

Watched this video. Strong version of Hi, Hi, Hi, with vocals sounding surprisingly "youthful". Hmmmm. Vocal surgery, steroids, or healthy living!?!?
Might make me reconsider and see him on this tour. Then again, with the high prices, probably not:/.
